Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Schnecksville, PA
Blazer Jobs is seeking a full-time Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing to lead and support programming for students with hearing impairments. This role includes classroom instruction, program development, and collaboration with district staff to ensure comprehensive DHH services.
Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement DHH classroom instruction and programming

Manage classroom environment and support student learning

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support DHH students

Monitor and assess student progress and adjust instruction as needed
-
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to DHH services
-
Support all aspects of DHH programming within the district
Qualifications:
-
Active PDE Special Education – Hearing Impaired certification
-
Proof of active licensure required
-
Experience teaching students who are deaf or hard of hearing preferred
-
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
-
Ability to work onsite
