Blazer Jobs is partnering with Schools to fill four full-time DHH teaching positions for the upcoming school year. These are excellent opportunities for experienced educators to work in a forward-thinking, inclusive educational system—available to local and travel candidates.
What You’ll Do:
-
Teach and support DHH students across elementary, middle, or high school campuses
-
Create individualized lesson plans and modify curriculum for accessibility
-
Facilitate communication access through ASL, oral/auditory, or cued speech
-
Partner with speech-language pathologists, educational audiologists, and classroom teachers
-
Track and document student progress while complying with state IEP standards
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Deaf Education
-
Active Washington State teaching credential with DHH endorsement or eligibility
-
Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) preferred

Experience with hearing devices, cochlear implants, or FM systems is a plus
