Key Responsibilities:

- Assess individual student needs and develop appropriate instructional strategies.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and support staff to facilitate student success.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Tennessee Department of Education certification in Deaf/Hard of Hearing education.
- Experience working with K-12 Deaf and Hard of Hearing students preferred.
- Effective communication skills and ability to adapt instruction to diverse learning needs.
- Minimum of 0-2 years of teaching experience; salary is commensurate with experience, ranging approximately from $40 to $52 per hour.
Position Details:
- Contract Length: January 5, 2026 – May 20, 2026.
- Full-time, 35 hours per week.
- On-site placement, no remote or hybrid arrangements.
- Caseload and school assignments will vary throughout the contract.
