Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) Teacher – Full-Time

ProCare Therapy is partnering with a Tacoma-area school district to hire a full-time, onsite Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH). This is a rewarding opportunity to join a collaborative and student-focused team providing specialized instruction and aural habilitation support.
Position Highlights:
- 
	Start Date: ASAP | End Date: June 16, 2026 
- 
	Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, onsite only 
- 
	Starting Hourly Rate: $45+ (based on experience) 
What We’re Looking For:
- 
	Valid Washington State Teaching Certificate with a DHH or ESA endorsement 
- 
	Must be fingerprinted through OSPI 
- 
	Experience in aural habilitation 
- 
	Strong communication and teamwork skills 
- 
	Commitment to inclusive practices and student growth 
Preferred:
- 
	Experience providing special education services across multiple settings 
- 
	Familiarity with research-based strategies and IEP development
