Job Requirements

Florida Department of Education Certification with a specialization in Deaf or Hard of Hearing

Proficiency in ASL and use of related assistive technology

Background in individualized instruction and educational accommodations
Job Duties

Provide direct instruction to students with hearing impairments

Adapt curriculum to meet the individual needs of each learner

Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support student goals

Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress regularly
