Blazer Jobs is actively hiring a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) for a full-time position in Virginia Beach, Virginia for the 2025–2026 school year.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver customized instruction to meet the communication and academic needs of students with hearing impairments

Support students across mainstream and specialized settings
-
Assist in developing and maintaining IEPs, accommodations, and educational plans
-
Train staff and families on communication techniques and hearing support technologies
-
Serve as a liaison between the school, families, and external specialists
Minimum Requirements:

Degree in Deaf Education or Special Education with DHH focus

Current Virginia teaching license with DHH endorsement
-
Experience with a range of hearing devices and communication modalities
-
Must meet all federal and Virginia Department of Education standards
