Responsibilities include delivering both direct instruction and hearing support to students ranging from 1st to 12th grade. The weekly schedule is varied, focusing on individual and small group sessions such as:
- 1st grade: 20 minutes per week
- 4th grade: Eight 30-minute sessions monthly
- 6th grade: Hearing support for 126 minutes weekly
- 7th grade: Four 30-minute sessions monthly
- 8th grade: Two 30-minute sessions monthly
- 10th grade: 205 minutes per week
- 12th grade: Eight 30-minute direct instruction sessions monthly plus 30 minutes weekly
