Job Description:
BlazerJobs is seeking a qualified and compassionate Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) for a full-time, on-site itinerant position in Littleton, CO. This role will support students across multiple campuses and age groups for the 2025–2026 school year.

Hours: 30 hours/week

Setting: Onsite only – travel required between multiple school sites (mileage reimbursed)

Caseload: 16 students, ages Early Childhood – 21 years

Disabilities Supported: Hearing impairments and related communication needs
Key Responsibilities:
-
Provide direct instruction and support to students who are deaf or hard of hearing

Collaborate with general and special education staff, families, and service providers
-
Conduct assessments and assist with IEP development and implementation
-
Travel between sites to meet student needs (all within reasonable distance)

Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines
Qualifications:

Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Licensure with DHH endorsement

Previous experience working in school-based settings preferred

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Reliable transportation for itinerant travel between school sites
Compensation:
-
Hourly Rate: $40 - $48/hour

Mileage reimbursement for all school-to-school travel
