We are seeking a deaf and hard of hearing teacher for the 2023-2024 school year. This is a full time position in a school district. Details about caseload will be discussed in interviews. The Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher is responsible for providing specialized instruction and support to students with hearing impairments. This role involves developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) to cater to the unique needs of each student. The primary focus is on fostering academic, social, and emotional development to ensure the success of students with hearing challenges in the learning environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education required
• Active Michigan teaching certificate with a Deaf and Hard of Hearing endorsement is required
