What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid Michigan Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TDHH) license
  • Previous experience working in professional school settings
  • Ability to pass district-required fingerprint background checks

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized instruction and support for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students across K-12
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and families to ensure individualized education plans are effectively implemented
  • Facilitate communication strategies and use of assistive technology
  • Monitor and document student progress, advocating for resources to optimize learning
