Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing (DHH) – New Hampshire
Virtual • K–12 • School‑Based Services • NH Credential Required
New Hampshire school districts are seeking a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing to provide fully virtual services to K–12 students statewide. This role focuses on accessibility, communication development, and academic support for students who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, or Deaf Blind.
Responsibilities
- Virtual Instruction aligned with IEP goals
- Consultation with teachers, interpreters, and families
- IEP Participation including meetings and progress reporting
- Accessibility Support for hearing devices, captioning, and communication tools
- Progress Monitoring and documentation
Required Credentials
- Active New Hampshire DHH certification
- Experience supporting Deaf/Hard‑of‑Hearing students
- Strong virtual communication and tech skills
- Reliable internet and remote‑work setup
Contract Details
- Fully virtual
- Full‑time or part‑time depending on district needs
- 1099 contract
- Weekly pay
- Competitive hourly rate
