Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
- Utilize assistive technology and communication methods suitable for the deaf/hard of hearing population.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Tennessee teaching license with an endorsement in Deaf/Hard of Hearing.
- Experience working with students who are deaf or hard of hearing preferred; 0–10+ years of experience considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills tailored to special education settings.
- Ability to manage caseloads and adapt to varying age groups as assigned.
