Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure comprehensive educational support.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in compliance with state guidelines.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid and active Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing license for the state of Tennessee.
- Proven experience teaching Deaf and Hard of Hearing students.
- Strong understanding of communication methods and educational techniques suitable for DHH learners.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student needs and collaborate within a school team.
Location and Schedule:
- Position based onsite in Dover, Tennessee.
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 2:45 PM.
- Total of 36.25 hours per week.
