Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher
ProCare Therapy is hiring in Trumbull, CT! ProCare Therapy has an open contract position for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teachers for this school year! We have had a great experience with this school district, and you will too. The opening will be a quick interview to hire process involving virtual interviews followed by an offer.
A full contract for the school year will be awarded to the right candidate! The position consists of:
- Starting May 3, 2024 -June 2024
- Renewal for 2024-2025 term is currently being processed
- High school caseload
- General duties including not limited to:
- Teach one ASL class
- Report writing
- Attending IEP meetings
- Consultations
- Additional details will be given an interview
- Part-Time
- Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.
Qualifications:
- Must have active CT Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher license
- Must have proficient knowledge in ASL
- Previous school experience is preferred but not required
