Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Valid credentials as a Deaf/Hard of Hearing Specialist or Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing (state-specific licensure as required)
- Hands-on experience delivering educational services or individualized instruction to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
- Strong proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) and/or other communication modalities used within the Deaf community
- Commitment to inclusive, student-focused teaching and collaborative teamwork

- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide direct, specialized instruction and support for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students across grade levels
