Key Qualifications:
- Valid Deaf/Hard of Hearing (DHH) Specialist certification or license in California
- Recent experience supporting DHH students, preferably within California schools

- Ability to adapt quickly to varying schedules and needs across multiple school sites
- Exceptional organizational and documentation skills
- Comfortable with traveling between campuses as an itinerant professional
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct in-person support and specialized instruction to Deaf/Hard of Hearing students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Consult and collaborate with general education staff, administrators, and families
- Monitor progress, adjust instructional strategies, and maintain comprehensive records
- Foster an inclusive classroom setting and advocate for accommodations
