Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction and support to Deaf and Hard of Hearing students, tailored to their individual needs.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Manage a caseload of students aged birth to 22, delivering services across multiple school facilities within the district.
- Maintain accurate records, monitor student progress, and report outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development to enhance service delivery.
Desired Qualifications:
- Certification or licensure in Deaf/Hard of Hearing education.
- Experience working with a broad age range of students with hearing impairments.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and reliability.
- Strong communication skills with students, families, and colleagues.
