This full-time, contract position is an excellent opportunity for experienced educators specializing in Deaf and Hard of Hearing instruction. Serving grades K-12, you will provide essential support to students across multiple age groups in a dynamic school environment. The assignment runs from ASAP through June 16, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction tailored to students who are deaf or hard of hearing, adapting curriculum to meet individual learning needs
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records of student progress
- Provide direct support and intervention as needed within the school setting
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Teaching License
- Valid Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) certification/license
- Proven experience working with K-12 students who are deaf or hard of hearing
- Ability to work onsite full-time, Monday through Friday, with a standard 37.5-hour workweek

- Position located in Canonsburg, PA area (Fayette County)
