What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct and/or consultative instruction tailored to students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Ensure access to curriculum, addressing auditory, visual, and language needs in a supportive environment
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers and school support personnel to foster student success
- Adapt and modify instructional materials as necessary to meet the unique needs of each learner
- Track student progress, maintaining thorough and confidential documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid certification/licensure to teach Deaf and Hard of Hearing students (must meet state requirements)
- Previous experience serving both elementary and high school students is highly valued
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit are essential
