What you’ll bring:
- Valid DHH Educator certification, with experience in K-12 settings
- Expertise in creating and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for DHH students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a commitment to student success
- Understanding of diverse learning needs and the ability to adapt instructional strategies accordingly
- Reliable availability for the contract dates: August 8 – May 13th
Your responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction to DHH students, grades K-12, as outlined in their IEPs
- Work onsite for 1-1.5 hours per day, Tuesday through Friday
- Collaborate closely with school staff, families, and service providers to support each student’s academic and social progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress consistently
- Participate in virtual interviews to discuss your background and approach to DHH education
