A full-time Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) Teacher position is available to support K–12 students in a school-based setting located in Newburgh, NY. Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group instruction tailored to the needs of students who are deaf or hard of hearing
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state standards and student IEP goals

- Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to promote inclusive education
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:
- Active New York State Teaching Certification
- Certification or credentials in Deaf and Hard of Hearing education
- Experience working in a school environment preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt instructional strategies to diverse learning needs
