Key Qualifications:
- Active Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing (TDHH) license
- Valid Kansas teaching certification
- Previous experience working with deaf or hard of hearing students in a K-12 setting is a plus
- Strong communication and organization skills

Position Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, accessible instruction tailored to the unique needs of deaf and hard of hearing students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistent, high-quality support
- Track and document student progress, adapting instructional approaches as needed
- Provide resources and advocacy to help students develop communication, academic, and social skills
