This full-time, onsite role involves collaborating closely with another experienced Deaf/Hard of Hearing (DHH) teacher, working with an established caseload to deliver targeted instruction and advocacy for students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. Your expertise will ensure these students have equal access to engaging, high-quality education and the resources they need to thrive.
What You'll Bring:
- Valid certification as a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing (DHH)
- Proven experience working within school settings, particularly supporting DHH students
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with a willingness to support colleagues and share strategies
- Flexibility to travel between schools as needed for this itinerant position
- Immediate availability for the current and upcoming school year (25/26 SY)
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and individualized support plans
