Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored telehealth instruction to students who are deaf or hard of hearing
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
- Provide consultation and support to families and school personnel regarding hearing loss and communication development
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports following telehealth sessions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or licensure as a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing
- Experience delivering telehealth or remote educational services
- Strong knowledge of audiological assessments and auditory-verbal teaching methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a 1099 contract role
