Remote Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing | New Mexico
Opportunity to provide specialized telehealth instruction for students who are deaf or hard of hearing within a school setting in Los Lunas, NM. This contract position focuses on delivering tailored educational support utilizing remote technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver telehealth instructional services designed for students who are deaf or hard of hearing
- Develop and implement individualized educational plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with education professionals and families to support student progress

- Monitor student achievements and adjust teaching strategies accordingly

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or licensure as a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing

- Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload efficiently
- Prior experience in a school-based environment is an advantage
