What We’re Looking For:
- Valid certification or licensure as a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing
- Recent experience working in Wisconsin schools
- Thorough understanding of Wisconsin’s educational standards and departmental processes
- Proven ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) within a virtual framework
- Experience providing both direct services and consultative support to students, families, and educational teams
- Strong skills in collecting and tracking data on student progress, adjusting services as needed
- Confident and clear communicator who can participate effectively in virtual IEP meetings and ensure compliance with IDEA guidelines
- Tech-savvy and self-motivated, comfortable using digital platforms to connect and engage with students
Your Key Responsibilities:
