What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid certification or licensure as a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing
  • Recent experience working in Wisconsin schools
  • Thorough understanding of Wisconsin’s educational standards and departmental processes
  • Proven ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) within a virtual framework
  • Experience providing both direct services and consultative support to students, families, and educational teams
  • Strong skills in collecting and tracking data on student progress, adjusting services as needed
  • Confident and clear communicator who can participate effectively in virtual IEP meetings and ensure compliance with IDEA guidelines
  • Tech-savvy and self-motivated, comfortable using digital platforms to connect and engage with students

Your Key Responsibilities:
