Key Qualifications & Experience:

Position Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with best practices for deaf/hard of hearing students
- Provide direct instruction in language, literacy, and communication tailored to diverse student needs
- Collaborate with general educators to ensure access to curriculum and accommodations
- Consult with families and staff to promote understanding and advocacy for students’ needs
- Support the adaptation and use of assistive listening and communication technology in the learning environment
- Maintain student records and progress documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
