Location: Remote New York Schools
VocoVision is seeking a dedicated Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TDHH) to provide virtual support to students across New York. This role focuses on helping students achieve academic success while supporting communication and language development.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct instruction and support to students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
Develop and implement IEP goals and accommodations.
Collaborate with families, educators, and related service providers.
Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation.
Participate in IEP meetings and educational planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Deaf Education, Special Education, or a related field.
Valid New York TDHH certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
School-based experience preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation for this position ranges from $27.50 to $47.50. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
