Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Deaf/Hard of Hearing Specialist or Teacher.
- Demonstrated experience working with deaf and hard of hearing students in educational settings.
- Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) and other communication methods used within the deaf/hard of hearing community.
- Skillful in developing and adapting Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Strong collaboration abilities with educators, families, and support staff.
- Commitment to promoting a supportive, inclusive learning atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction to deaf and hard of hearing students, adapting methods to meet individual learning needs.
