Qualifications:
- Active California Teaching Credential with Deaf and Hard of Hearing authorization
- Prior experience supporting students in school-based environments preferred

- Commitment to ongoing professional development and student-centered practices
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction, accommodations, and modifications tailored to the unique needs of students with hearing loss
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and contribute expertise in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Support classroom teachers through consultative services, instructional strategies, and accessibility resources
- Advocate for students’ participation in curricular and extracurricular programs
- Implement assessments and monitor progress to ensure optimal learning outcomes
