Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid certification as a Deaf/Hard of Hearing Specialist or related special education credential.

- Excellent skills in collaboration, organization, and flexibility to work across multiple campuses.
- Commitment to maintaining thorough documentation and contributing to IEP processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel between 10 schools to provide direct instruction and consultation services for roughly 25 students at the start of the year.
- Collaborate closely with general and special education staff, administrators, and families to develop and implement IEPs.
- Deliver individualized and group interventions that meet each student’s learning and communication needs.
- Support the integration of students into mainstream settings through classroom modifications, teacher guidance, and advocacy.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders.
