Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Certification or licensure as a Deaf/Hard of Hearing Specialist or Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing
- Experience working with students who are deaf or hard of hearing, ideally in a K-12 educational environment
- Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL)
- Ability to develop and implement individualized instructional strategies
- Strong advocacy, communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized, one-on-one support and instruction to a student who is deaf during the school day
