Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TDHH) to join a supportive school team in Binghamton, NY for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity working with students who require specialized instruction and support related to hearing impairments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct instruction and support to students who are deaf or hard of hearing
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
  • Support communication development and accessibility within the classroom

Qualifications
