Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students who are deaf or hard of hearing

- Consult with general education teachers and staff to ensure accessibility and inclusion in all learning activities
- Serve as a resource to families, offering guidance on advocacy and community resources
