Qualifications:

- Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Excellent collaboration skills to partner with teachers, staff, and families

Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction and support to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing across grade levels
- Collaborate with general education teachers and therapists to modify curriculum and instructional strategies
- Assess student abilities and progress, maintaining accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
- Consult with families and staff to support student advocacy and communication needs
- Offer training and resources on hearing assistive technology and best practices
