Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher (DHH) in Columbus, OH
This opportunity seeks a skilled Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) Teacher to support elementary students near Pickerington, Ohio. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction and support to deaf and hard of hearing 5th-grade students.
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with state guidelines.
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to integrate students effectively.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
- Communicate regularly with families to support student success.
Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio Educator license with Hearing Impaired endorsement (license must be current and included in application).
