Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to students who are deaf or hard of hearing across multiple grade levels
- Adapt lesson plans and teaching strategies to meet individual needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to ensure comprehensive support
- Monitor each student's progress, making adjustments as needed to foster academic and social growth
- Contribute to IEP meetings and compliance documentation as required
- Travel between schools within the district may be necessary to provide services
