Teacher of the Deaf in Ft Mitchell, KY

Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Hearing Impaired (HI) certification required
- Previous experience teaching Deaf/Hard of Hearing students highly valued
- Demonstrated expertise in adapting lessons and materials for varying communication needs
- Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and student advocacy
- Ability to collaborate with general educators, families, and support staff
- Confidence in providing both direct service and consultative support within mainstream and specialized classrooms
Key Responsibilities:
