Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, modify, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ unique communication and learning needs
- Use auditory/oral, American Sign Language, or Total Communication approaches as appropriate
- Provide direct instruction, support, and consultation to students and educational staff
- Monitor student progress, assess learning outcomes, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Foster an inclusive classroom climate to support students’ social and emotional development
- Collaborate with related service providers, administration, and families to maximize student outcomes
