Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized, evidence-based instruction for students with hearing loss, both within the classroom and through specialized pull-out or support settings
- Develop and implement lesson plans that address students’ language, communication, and academic goals
- Consult and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a consistent approach and accommodations across school environments
- Maintain timely documentation of student progress and contribute to IEP meetings
- Advocate for students' needs while fostering self-advocacy and participation in school life
