A full-time teaching opportunity is available for a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing serving students across 12 campuses within Chester County, Pennsylvania. The position spans from December 2026 through June 2027 and supports 34 students from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade.
Key responsibilities include delivering specialized instruction tailored to the unique needs of deaf and hard of hearing students, utilizing telehealth methods alongside traditional classroom settings. This role requires collaboration with campus staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and ensure accessibility for all learners.
Qualifications:
- Pennsylvania DHH K-12 Licensure (Instructional I or II) is required
- Experience working with a diverse PK-12 student population
- Familiarity with telehealth instructional practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple campuses
