• Strong communication and advocacy skills for working with students, families, and school staff
• Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) or other communication modalities relevant to the DHH population
• Flexibility, creativity, and a compassionate approach to empowering diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and support tailored to Deaf/Hard of Hearing students across various grade levels
