ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) for the 2026–2027 school year in Florence, AZ. This full-time opportunity allows you to provide specialized instructional support and direct services to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing while collaborating with a multidisciplinary educational team to promote student success.

Qualifications:
Valid Arizona Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) Certification required
Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and special education compliance
Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct instructional services to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Collaborate with families, related service providers, administrators, and general education staff
Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet individual student needs
Support students' academic, communication, social-emotional, and functional development
Maintain accurate student progress data and documentation
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
Foster a structured, positive, and inclusive learning environment
