Key Qualifications:

• Valid certification or licensure as a Teacher for the Deaf / Hard of Hearing
• Prior experience supporting students who are deaf or hard of hearing in educational settings
• Strong knowledge of American Sign Language (ASL), auditory/oral communication methods, and assistive technology
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, counselors, therapists, and families
• Excellent communication, organization, and advocacy skills
• Flexibility to adapt services based on student needs and IEP requirements
