What You’ll Need to Qualify
Oregon Licensure: Must hold (or be eligible for) a valid Oregon Teaching License with a Deaf and Hard of Hearing endorsement.
Student Focus: A commitment to delivering specialized instruction, managing IEPs, and fostering communication access for students.
Tech Savvy: If choosing the VOCO option, must be comfortable with virtual learning platforms and remote case management.
