- Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with parents, specialists, and school teams
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
- Passion for fostering growth and confidence in learners of all abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction and support to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, using appropriate communication methods
- Assist in developing and modifying lesson plans to ensure accessibility

- Monitor student progress, track achievements, and communicate regularly with families
