Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid teaching certification as a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing

- Strong organizational and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working full-time, exclusively onsite
- Willingness to support students in K-12 settings (caseload details to be provided)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group instruction to students identified as Deaf/Hard of Hearing
- Develop, adapt, and implement effective lesson plans
- Collaborate with staff, speech/language professionals, and families
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Foster a supportive, engaging, and accessible classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with parents and school personnel regarding student needs and progress
