Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instructional and/or adaptive materials support to students who are deaf, hard of hearing, or visually impaired
- Collaborate with teachers to modify curriculum and ensure educational accessibility
- Implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and recommendations in daily routines
- Monitor progress and document student growth and needs
- Serve as a resource for staff, students, and families on best practices and accommodations
