Qualifications:

  • Valid state certification for Deaf / Hard of Hearing Specialist or Teacher - DHH
  • Experience working with students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing (preferred)
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work full-time or part-time hours onsite
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs specific to students with hearing differences

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver tailored instruction for Deaf / Hard of Hearing students
  • Collaborate with general education staff, support teams, and families
  • Create supportive, accessible classroom environments
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and documentation to ensure student success
