Desired Qualifications:
- Valid teaching license with a Deaf/Hard of Hearing endorsement (or eligibility)
- Experience or coursework related to DHH education
- Knowledge of various communication methods used in the DHH community, including American Sign Language (ASL) and spoken language supports
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Skilled in fostering inclusive, accessible classroom environments
- Strong organizational and communication abilities

Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct teaching and consultative support adapted for students who are deaf or hard of hearing
